1.Assembly test:Check if the interface and layout are up to standard.
2.Stripping test: Check whether the adhesive fastness of the sandwich plate is up to standard and whether there is hollow phenomenon.
3.Well bearing-capacity:When a person weighing 75KG stands on the sandwich panel, the sandwich panel and the core material are not deformed in any way.
4.Water tightness and air tightness:Adding a black sponge strip at the interface makes the interface more water-tight and air-tight.

The tolerance of the whole panel less than the thickness of a single sheet of A4 paper. We have got 16 national patents, participated in the formulation of 5 national standards.
